Concert Choir

The young men and women in our premier ensemble have thrilled audiences across the United States as well as in Europe, Canada, and South America. Concert Choir is comprised primarily of high school students with unchanged voices and members are chosen by audition. Among its many achievements, the Concert Choir has been invited to serve as Choir-in-Residence for the Choral Music Experience (CME) Certification Courses at Villanova, Ithaca College, the University of South Carolina and Elon University. They have performed at Carnegie Hall on several occasions and twice at both The Washington National Cathedral and St. Peter’s Basilica in Vatican City. They were honored to sing at The White House as well as with the New Jersey Symphony Orchestra at NJPAC and have toured in Rome, Tuscany, Vienna, Prague, British Columbia, Brazil and Argentina. The Concert Choir has been chosen as the featured choir for the Crescent City Festival in New Orleans, Louisiana in June, 2009.

The group rehearses twice weekly on Wednesday and Sunday evenings. In addition to touring and our two annual concerts, the Concert Choir is regularly invited to participate in a variety of events throughout New Jersey. They have enjoyed numerous choir exchanges and some home stays with children’s choruses throughout the United States, Europe and Asia.
